A little about me.
I’m Niyaz Irsaliev, a real estate developer working across the US, Kyrgyzstan and Europe. I also serve as Honorary Consul of Iceland in the Kyrgyz Republic.
My career has taken me through manufacturing, construction, and real estate. Programming was an early interest. Now, with AI, I’m building my own apps and tools.
This journal brings those parts of my life together: the things I’m building, the processes behind them, and the stories that brought me here.
